In order to give you a taste of our thought process, we thought we'd explain a website design process.
Imagine...you have a website that you want to redesign. Fuelhaus comes in with questions:
1) What do you like about your current design?
2) What do you hate about it?
3) Why do you want to change it?
4) What do you want it to do?
5) How would you measure a successful website?
6) What is a successful visit?
You may have noticed that we haven't talked about design at all yet. We've talked about emotions. In order for a website to be an integral part of your brand, it has to succeed on functional (left brain) and emotional (right brain) levels. It has to hit an emotional chord with your company as well as your customer.
Once we have answers to these questions, we drill a little deeper. We ask about platforms, functionality, usability and user experience. We get into the nuts and bolts of a successful website (as your company defines it).
Once that is complete, we talk about content and visual assets:

Then...and only then...do we begin design.
